Areas of Practice

We hope you or a loved one are never involved in a car wreck. But the truth of the matter is, on today’s roadways, with faster speeds and more distracted drivers, there is a good chance you may be injured due to the fault of another person.

Insurance companies are designed to get you to make a quick settlement before realizing the extent of your injuries and value of your claim. You are potentially entitled to the costs of your medical treatment, loss of wages or potential to earn wages, any other out of pocket expenses due to the collision, and pain and suffering. We highly recommend that as soon as you have the collision, you contact an attorney before the insurance company contacts you.
